Supporters Speak

Big Bazaar has ongoing process of nurturing the new talent & providing a better platform to students in having an understanding of Retail Management. On the very auspicious occasion of 5SD BIG DAYS. Big Bazaar had a bunch of students from SWAN who where highly enthusiastic and in a learning spirit. We hope we were able to provide them the correct environment to learn and aspire.
Kanika Hasijia
Area People Officer, Big Bazaar
Fundamentally, it is a great initiative in the spirit of providing a meaningful window and a great opportunity to the underprivileged. However, in the context of ACIIE we believe that anything like this venture can be executed as business, it is easy to look it as a charity , but in fact is a self-sustainable venture. In that regard, the start-up SWAN has already taken a step. This is how people are trained and revenue is generated from it. I would also like to appreciate the efforts of the Individuals who are involved in this venture. We hope that many more people would come forward to take up such venture in the country. This kind of change is required in our society.
